Can be completely customized to your choosing. Be sure to measure your pup with soft measuring tape around the biggest part of head along with the neck measurement for a perfect fit. These are not adjustable as they are made specifically to slip on and off. We will go with the bigger measurement out of the two to ensure a perfect fit.  The beads are acrylic so they are waterproof. As for the rhinestone or bling beads they are waterproof as well but will wear off over time if worn regularly.
